We have several ways to place an order:

1) Check out using your credit/debit card on our secure server, which uses the highest encryption protocols available.

Shipping: 

Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the order and where the package is being shipped to.

Orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS (whichever is most cost efficient.)

Shipping time: Normally, orders are shipped within 2 business days. However, there are times when we will have to dye the color that is being ordered because it is not always easy to have every color in all fabrics available at all times. In this case,  please allow up to a 14-day window for dyeing and processing your order.

We have the following policy in place to assist you with any possible returns:

Please inspect your order upon arrival for missing or incorrect items. Please email us to notify us of any missing or incorrect items so that we can correct our mistake.

We understand that computer monitors vary widely and fabrics may not appear in person as they do on the screen. If your fabric is not what you expected or will not work for your project, please email us within 7 days of order receipt to arrange for an exchange or merchandise credit.

We recommend sending any returns via Delivery Confirmation mail.

We must receive an email from you prior to any returns.

Returned items must be in re-sellable condition.

Items that are included in Fabric of the Month shipments, random assortments, or any other promotional packaging will be exchanged for the same fabric type/count/color only.

 Once again, please email us within 7 days of receipt of order for any concerns.

General Information regarding hand-dyed fabrics:
  • We cannot guarantee 100% color consistency between lots, due to many factors beyond our control (ie dye lots, different batches of "base" fabric, water conditions, etc.). We suggest if you plan to stitch companion pieces to purchase all of the fabrics required at the same time.
  • Some shrinkage does occur during processing, sizes listed are approximate.
  • Do not leave on q-snaps, hoops, or scroll rods when you are not stitching. When you are finished stitching for the evening, please remove them, or in the case of a scroll rod - loosen tension significantly.
  • Although our hand dyed fabrics endure many hours of washing/rinsing after dyeing, some colors may bleed slightly (especially darks). For best results, rinse before stitching.
  • You may wash and iron your hand dyed fabrics the same as you would with standard fabrics.
  • Please allow up to 10 days (not including weekends or holidays) for any orders that contain dyed products.
  • We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Computer monitors vary widely, therefore if your fabric is not what you had planned on when it arrives to you, please drop us a note and let us know.
